Santa Cruz Bullit CC S E-Bike. Tackle the steepest and deepest trails in both directions. Going up, the Santa Cruz Bullit is fully equipped for long, tough, electric-assist climbs to the most rowdy descents. Shimano's STEPS EP8 motor, paired with their biggest 630wh battery, offers a lighter, more powerful (85nm), more compact and more efficient way of reaching these challenging downhills. The EP8 is also tuned to give more power in Trail mode without affecting range. The 170mm travel lower-link VPP design delivers efficient pedalling prowess. The shock is tuned it to have lower anti-squat (to sag) than our regular pedal bikes to allowing you to keep pedaling while seated (where normally you'd start standing.)

Going down, Bullit's no compromise, bash-worthy DH platform features 170mm of travel, a 38mm fork and DoubleDown tires for confidence and command on killer descents. Once you start jamming down the trail the lower-link VPP system provides more mid-stroke and bottom out support than most other designs.

Further, the mixed wheels (29-inch front, 27.5-inch rear) provide the confidence at speed of a 29er with the more spritely handling characteristics and maneuverability of a 27.5-inch rear. It also allows Santa Cruz to dictate exactly how long (or short) to make the chainstays to balance climbing traction and handling.

A full CC carbon frame (front and rear triangle) makes the Bullit tough and light for it's class (48lb complete). Like every Santa Cruz, the Bullit has high quality, easy to maintain pivot hardware, radial bearings (with lifetime replacement support), and a lifetime warranty.
