It's designed to be a very convenient way for you to on-board delicious calories with an optimal ratio of carbohydrates, protein, fat, and salt to refuel and rehydrate immediately after your longest and hardest workouts. Like all Skratch hydration mixes, the Recovery Mix is non-GMO, gluten free, and kosher—though it does contain dairy derivatives, so it's not vegan. Additionally, the Coffee Sport Recovery Mix contains 45mg per 50g (12oz prepared) serving. This is about half of what a typical 8oz cup of coffee contains.
