The MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) has a low friction liner that rotates upon impact to absorb some of the blow, instead of your head. The Union has a Seamless Compatibility with all Giro Goggles to have that perfect fit, and eliminate gaper gap. Giro's In Form Fit System uses a dial in the back of the helmet to provide up to 6cm of adjustment for a proper fit. The In-Mold Construction is very lightweight, but does not compromise any protection. XT2 Odor Protection is imbedded into the fibers of the liner to give the Union odor protection to keep it smelling fresh as a daisy for seasons to come. Thermostat Control has a toggle switch on the top of the helmet that gives you the ability to open and close the vents to let more cool air in when you are really getting after it, and moist warm air out through the back of the helmet. Stack Vents keep a constant stream of air moving through the top of your goggles for fog-free skiing.
