The Liberty Evolv 84 Women's Skis are designed for the front side of the mountain, specifically the groomers. But it's not a one trick pony. It can provide some adventure and fun in ungroomed terrain as well. Fun and playful, the 84 excels in Bumps, steeps and trees too. It features Liberty's VMT 3.0W Core, a combination of wood, bamboo and vertical metal struts that give it plenty of pop and responsiveness as well as stability, while infused carbon gives this ski a unique and signature feel. With a shape that lives for groomer days, but can explore the entire mountain, the Evolv 84 is ready for any resort adventure. There isn't much rocker to speak of in this ski's design, but the rocker that is there helps with ease of turn initiation. The Evolve 84 W prefers quick and dynamic turns. A generous sidecut, long effective edge and relatively narrow waist allow you to cut across the fall line on a slalom like arc that starts and finishes very quickly. Its flat tail will help you finish turns with precision. Unlike some wider options, the Evolv 84 will be a bit more nimble underfoot and more precise.
